I wanted to take a moment to thank you and Becky for the exceptional service Mike and I received when we called you for our “sprinkler problem”. As you recall, it wasn’t a sprinkler problem at all and you could have walked away from the job. You did not. You not only completed the job, but also came on a Sunday and gave up family time to take care of the problem. Each time I spoke to Becky on the phone she was so pleasant and offered to help in any way she could. Each time she said you would call us, you did within minutes. You definitely exceeded our expectations.

I am in the customer service business myself and know how important it is to make a good impression. I can tell you that I have already told at least 6 people about this situation and how impressed  I was with the timelines of tends to be very cautious when dealing with others in the service industry because many people are “just out to make a buck”. In this case, I was so pleasantly surprised that this was not the case with your business and I will continue to recommend your company to anyone that will listen.
